Brew BQ Cook-Off Vendor Information

  1. Commercial establishments and non-profit groups may set up a BBQ vending booth at the Ohio Brew Week Brew BQ Cooking Competition.

  3. Vendors must acquire their own health permit from the Athens County Health Dept. ($50)
  4. Vendors may sell BBQ to the public beginning at NOON., Friday, July 16, 2010, and must close by 9 p.m. The public will be there in larger groups at 5 p.m.
  5. Vendors are responsible for clean up of area near their booth.
  6. Vendors must comply with all OBW, Athens City and County health department and fire safety rules.
  7. Vending space is $250. Vendors receive one, 6’ table, if needed. Others may be rented for $10. Chairs available at $3/per chair. Deposit required.
  8. Vendors provide own table service and clean up to customers.
  9. Vendors may sell their BBQ to customers at reasonable price, and keep all proceeds for their organization.
  10. Reserve space: $250, non-refundable, check to: Ohio Brew Week Brew BQ Vending, c/0 9950 St. Rt. 682, Athens, Oh 45701.
  11. Space is limited so reserve early. Deadline to reserve space: Wednesday, June 30, 2010.
  12. There are no refunds due to weather, attendance or other issues out of control of organizers.
