2011 Menu

* Swordfish ceviche over local pawpaw and black bean salsa with house-made tortilla chips 

* Wild mushroom and seitan stew

* Athens 30-mile salad: local red leaf, spinach, radish, peppers, and feta

*Braised, local pork belly and short ribs over 3-year aged white cheddar grits with marinated squash topped with a dopplebock chimichurri sauce

* Chocolate stout bundino (molten lava chocolate cake) topped with a honey-goat-cheese gelato
