2009 Speaker: Lucy Saunders

Lucy Saunders is the culinary craft beer commentator on Milwaukee's NPR affiliate, WUWM "Good Fermenetations". She's also the author of five cookbooks, including Cooking with Beer (1996) Grilling with Beer (2006), and The Best of American Beer and Food (2007). Saunders is the editor of beercook.com devoted to craft beer and food, including chef profiles and tips on cooking with beer. She conducts craft beer tastings and appreciation classes at culinary schools, retailers and non-profit groups, including the American Cheese Society, the Newberry Library and the Smithsonian. Her business, F&B Communications LLC, is based in Shorewood, Wisconsin, USA.
